EXCHANGE/RETURN OF GOODS
In case the product does not meet your expectations in terms of size or cut, you have the option of exchange or return. However, this needs to be done within 14 days from the receipt of the shipment, and you should inform us via email at hockeywifey@hockeywifey.com before sending the goods back.
Before dispatching the goods back, please make sure to inform us via email at hockeywifey@hockeywifey.com if there is any issue.
Every item in the package is thoroughly inspected before dispatch. However, if by any chance you receive a damaged or incorrect item, kindly inform us immediately via email at hockeywifey@hockeywifey.com.
Please inform us about all relevant circumstances. If any damage or staining is discovered after the receipt of the goods, and we were not informed about it beforehand, it won't be possible to file a claim or process a return.
EXCHANGE OF GOODS
It's important to mention that the item you've ordered might be the last piece available, or due to stock depletion, there might not be an option to exchange for a different size. In such cases, please reach out to us via email at hockeywifey@hockeywifey.com. We'll discuss all the alternatives with you and ensure your satisfaction.
The package should be sent via registered mail by the Czech Post to the following address: Klára Tomi, Čeladná 1006, 73912 Čeladná. (Buyer covers the shipping cost)
Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned goods and send you the requested replacement.
(Seller covers the shipping cost).
If the returned goods are evaluated as damaged, they will be returned to your address without the option of replacement.
The goods must be securely packaged in an envelope or box to prevent damage.
The goods must not be used or washed in any way.
RETURN OF GOODS
Please send the returned goods via registered mail by the Czech Post to the following address: Klára Tomi, Čeladná 1006, 73912 Čeladná. (Buyer covers the shipping cost)
After careful inspection, the refund amount (excluding shipping costs) will be returned to your account.
If the returned goods are evaluated as damaged, they will be returned to your address without the option of a refund.
The goods must be securely packaged in an envelope or box to prevent damage. The refund to your account will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the shipment.
